Private Party Details

Duration: Each private party is scheduled for a 2-hour time slot, allowing ample time for activities and celebrations.

Guest Experience:

• Animal Interaction: Guests will have the opportunity to meet and interact with our friendly farm animals, fostering a fun and educational experience.

• Animal Treat Bags: Each child will receive a complimentary treat bag to feed the animals, enhancing their engagement and enjoyment.

•Designated Celebration Area: A reserved space will be provided for your party activities, including seating arrangements for guest.

Booking your Private Party

To reserve your private party at Bridges of Hope Farm:

1. Complete the Booking Form: Please fill out our Private Party Booking Form with your event details and preferences.

2.Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total party cost is required upon booking to secure your date and time

3. Confirmation: Upon receiving your booking for and deposit, we will send a confirmation email with event details and next steps.

Finalizing Event Details:

One week prior to your scheduled event, Leann will reach out to you.

Review Event Details: Confirm the number of attendees, special request, and any additional information

Settle Remaining Balance: Collect the remaining balance due for the event.

2- hour Party:

up to 20 guests: $300

up to 30 guests: $350

Inclement Weather Policy

Your Safety and comfort are our priorities. In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, the following policies apply:

Rescheduling: If inclement weather is forecasted, we will work with you to reschedule your event to a mutually agreeable date, subject to availability.

Cancellations: Should rescheduling not be possible, cancellations due to severe weather will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that the initial deposit remains non-refundable.

Communication: We will notify you promptly if weather conditions necessitate changes to your event plans.

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food, beverages, and decorations. We ask that all decorations be set up and removed within your reserved time slot and that they are safe for the farm environment.

How early can I arrive to set up for the party?

You may arrive up to 45 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to set up. This allows ample time to arrange decorations and food before your guests arrive.

Is there a maximum number of guests allowed?

​Our party area comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests. If you anticipate a larger group, please contact us in advance to discuss arrangements. Each additional guest beyond the initial 30 will incur a fee of $15 per person

Are there any age restrictions for party activities?

Our farm activities are suitable for children of all ages. We strive to provide engaging experiences that are enjoyable for both children and adults.

What should guests wear to the party?

We recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for outdoor activities on the farm.

Is there parking available for guests?

Yes, we have ample parking available on-site for all party guests.

How far in advance should I book the party?

To ensure availability, we recommend booking your party at least four weeks in advance.
